recognized hazards
that were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees
in that employees
were exposed.
At the Carolina Beach administrated by the Government of Carolina, BM
Professional Care
Ambulance, Inc was contracted and their employees were observed operating
a four track
color red and other one with camouflage, trademark Honda, model 4x4
Rancher AT. They
used the four track to mobilize itself in the differents areas of the
beach and the employer did
not provide a specified training over the specifications and instructions
of manufacture's
owner's manual.
Employee exposed to capzise, hits and accidents die to incorrect use of
equipment.
Among other methods one feasible and acceptable method to correct this
hazard is to use the
manufacture's instructions to provide training to employees that are going
to operate the
equipment,

En el Balneario de Carolina administrado por el Gobierno Municipal de
Carolina, BM
Professional Care Ambulance, Inc. fueron contratados y sus empleados
fueron observados
operando un "four track" de color rojo y otro con camuflaje crema, marca
Honda, modelo
4x4 Rancher AT. Los empleados utilizan el "four track" para movilizarse en
las
diferentes
areas de la playa y el patrono no les proveyo a sus empleados un
adiestramiento sobre las
especificaciones e intrucciones provistas por el manufacturero.
Empleados expuestos a volcarse, golpes y accidentes debido a uso
incorrecto del equipo.
Entre otros metodos, uno factible y aceptable para corregir este riesgo es
el uso de las
instrucciones provistas por el manufacturero cuando se provean los
adiestramientos a los
empleados que van a operar el equipo.
