stand and work from
the midrail of a scissor lift.
205 Army Trail Road job site.  On or about August 27, 2005, an employees
was
standing on the midrail of a Genie GS-2668RT scissor lift, performing
carpentry
work exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 10 feet.
A feasible means of abatement would be to comply with the manufactures
instruction and not allow employees to stand on the guardrails of the lift.
Abatement certification is required of this item in accordance with the
requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c)ts
