Section 6(a) of the Puerto Rico Occupational Safety and Health Act:  The
employer did not
furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from
recognized hazards that
were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees in
that employees were
exposed to:
Seccion 6(a) de la Ley de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo de Puerto Rico:
El patrono no
proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten
causando o que
puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados
estaban expuestos
a:
a)At Macro Mix facilities - The employees of Crosspoint Security &
Consulting
Corp., were not provided of rain protection, when they was performed
vigilance.
Due to the scope of the work, the employees can not leave the work area
when
was raining.
Hazard:  exposure to extreme weather conditions.
Among other correction methods, one feasible and acceptable method is
provided
a rainproof cape.
a)En las facilidades de Macro Mix - Los empleados de la compania Crosspoint
Security & Consulting, Corp., no fueron provistos de proteccion para la
lluvia,
cuando estos realizaban sus trabajos de vigilancia.  Debido a la
naturaleza del
trabajo, los empleados no podian dejar sus puestos de trabajo cuando estaba
lloviendo.
Riesgo:  exposicion a condiciones climatologicas extremas.
Entre otros metodos de correccion, un metodo factible y aceptable es
proveerles
capas a los empleados."
