Section 6(a) of the Puerto Rico Occupational Safety and Health Act:  The
employer did not
furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from
recognized hazards
that were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees
in that employees
were exposed to:

El patrono no
proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten
causando o que
puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados
estaban expuestos
a:
a)Been catch between and/or strike by the MV/R400 Taxen automatic glass
cutting machine in the glassware area.  The machine perimeter was guarded
with a presence sensing device that was inoperable at the time of the
inspection.
Among other methods one available and feasible method to correct this
hazard
is to replace the presence sensing device.
a)A ser atrapados entre y/o a ser golpeados por la maquina cortadora de
cristal
Taxen MV/R400 en el area de cristaleria.  El perimetro de la maquina estaba
protegida por un sensor de presencia que estaba inoperante al momento de la
inspeccion.
Entre otros metodos, un metodo disponible y apropiado para corregir este
