lifted and broken tiles in some areas. Location: Passageways conducting to the area where the different cars parts were placed, the main passageway conducting to the warehouse area and the warehouse area too of the workplace known as Gabys y Asociados dba Nickys Auto Parts of Aguadilla, P.R. Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable method to correct this hazard is the whole covering of the floor holes with concrete and placing of new tiles and linoleum. a)Tropiezos y caidas ocasionando contusiones severas, laceraciones, abrasiones y fracturas. Empleados estuvieron trabajando diariamente en el proceso de despachar piezas de carros y caminaron continuamente por un piso el cual tenia muchos boquetes, el linoleo y losetas agrietadas, levantadas y rotas en muchas areas. Localizacion: Pasillos que conducen al area donde fueron colocadas las diferentes piezas de carros, el pasillo principal que conduce al area del almacen y tambien el area del almacen del lugar de trabajo conocido como Gabys y Asociados dba Nickys Auto Parts de Aguadilla, P.R. Entre otros metodos, un metodo factible y aceptable para corregir este riesgo es el cubrir completamente los boquetes en el piso con cemento y la colocacion de losetas y linoleo nuevo."
