At the Worksite - During snow removal around the exit gate, an employee
was injured
when the gate started opening. The employee's finger was lacerated on
moving parts of
the gate.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable method of abatement is to
ensure
employees are aware of the hazards created when the gates move, through
increased
training.
