T.C.A. 50-3-105(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to: In that an employee was working on the inside of the lead of a pile driver while the follow block was being removed from the piling. Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable method to correct the hazard associated with this item would be to ensure that employees are no longer permitted to work off of the lead of a pile driver while the follow block is being removed from the piling. ABATEMENT VERIFICATION REQUIRED
