T.C.A. 50-3-105(1):  The employer did not furnish employment and a place
of employment
which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to
cause death or serious
physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to:
In that employees were exposed to molten metal splashes or explosions
while charging the
furnace.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to
correct this hazard is
to establish and implement procedures to ensure that furnace charging
procedures prevent the
deposit of wet materials or other contaminants that could cause
explosions, into the furnace.
