while operating Toyota
forklift #8, Serial Number 79614, with no seat belt installed and not
wearing the seat belt on
Nissan forklifts that have seat belt installed.  A useful and feasible
means of abatement,
among others, is to install seat belt on  Toyota forklift #8, Serial
Number 79614, and require
the use of seat belts on forklifts that have the seat belts installed.
