Chapter 15 of Title 41, Code of Laws, State of South Carolina, 1976, as amended, as follows: A. Employer knew or should have known that employees operating the Clark forklift, Serial Number TMG248-01597488FR, are exposed to the hazard of being thrown from the forklift and crushed due to not using the seat belt. A feasible and useful means of abatement, among others, it to require the use of seat belts in the establishment.
