tight-fitting
doors.  (Reference Source: ANSI/ASHRAE 15-1978, Section 11.13.5a).
b) On or about January 19, 2005:  Garage Engine Room was not provided with
either
a continuously operated, independent mechanical ventilation system or
electrical
equipment which conforms to either the requirements for a Class 1,
Division 2 Location
as defined in the National Electrical Code (Reference Source: ANSI/ASHRAE
15-1978,
Section 7.4.1 et al).
Among other methods, feasible and acceptable abatement methods to correct
the
hazards
are to:
1.Repair the existing doors so they are tight fitting for the Plant Engine
Room as required by ANSI/ASHRAE 15-1978, Section 11.13.5a.
2.Install a continuously operated, independent mechanical system in the
Garage Engine Room as required in Reference Source: ANSI/ASHRAE
15-1978, Section 7.4.1 et al.
3.Install electrical equipment which conforms to either the requirements
for
a Class 1 Division 2 location as defined in the National Electrical Code
as required in Class 1, Division 2 Location as defined in the National
Electrical Code ANSI/ASHRAE 15-1978, Section 7.4.1 et al.
