The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to: a) facility -- The doors of the walk-in cooler and the walk-in freezer could not be opened from the inside. "Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to correct this hazard is to remove the hasp and pin from the walk-in freezer door and to install a door release handle inside the walk-in cooler."
