from the foot safety switch pedal exposing him to potential crushing and
entanglement
of hands with the rotating parts. CSHO observed on or about 06/08/05.
ONE FEASIBLE AND ACCEPTABLE METHOD TO CORRECT THIS HAZARD,
AMONG OTHER MEANS, WOULD BE FOR THE COMPANY TO ENFORCE
THEIR EXISTING SAFETY AND HEALTH PROGRAM AND PROVIDE
ADDITIONAL TRAINING FOR OPERATING, MAINTENANCE AND
SERVICING EQUIPMENT POWER DRIVE PIPE THREADERS.
