Mickelson Construction, Inc., failed to ensure that its sub-contractor,
Kase Concrete, protected its employee(s) from stepping into an
uncovered sewer opening along the gutter.
Note 1) One feasible and acceptable abatement method to correct this
hazard is to install
temporary coverings across all sewer openings until permanent  standard
grates can be
installed.
Note 2) Abatement certification is not required for this item.
