car from moving when the

THE ELEVATOR FROM THE BASEMENT TO THE SECOND FLOOR HAS ACCESS ON
DOORS ON EACH FLOOR THAT CAN BE OPENED WHILE THE ELEVATOR IS
MOVING EXPOSING EMPLOYEES TO THE HAZARDS OF BEING STRUCK OR CAUGHT
BY THE MOVING ELEVATOR.
