the working platform of a scissors lift.
On or about 12/01/04 an employee was exposed to the hazard of a fall in
excess of 10 feet due
to no personal fall arrest system being provided or standard guard rails
being installed around
the working deck of a scissors lift
Among other methods of abatement, a feasible and acceptable method to
correct this hazard is
to provide  guard rails around the working deck of the scissors lift as
required
by ANSI/SIA
92.6 -1990 of Self- Propelled Elevating Work Platforms.
