Section 5(a)1 of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970:
The employer did not furnish to each of his employees employment and a
place of employment
which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to
cause death or serious
physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to:
On or about 4/25/05, an employee was exposed to struck-by and crushing
hazards because he
was operating a Skid Loader while the forward view was obstructed by an
elevated bucket.
Among other methods of abatement, a feasible and acceptable method to
correct these hazards
is to follow the operator's manual of the equipment which indicates that
for maximum stability
carry load as low as possible.

VIOLATION.
