Condition:Employees cutting asphalt in the roadway were not wearing
reflective vests.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to
correct this hazard is to provide
employees with reflective clothing to alert vehicular traffic of the
employees in the roadway.
The proposed penalty for this item has been reduced by 50for effective
and efficient abatement during
the inspection.
