Stat. 182.653 subd. 2: The employer did not furnish to each employee, conditions of employment and a place of employment free from recognized hazards which caused or were likely to cause death or serious injury to employees (Ref. STD 3-10.4A Ch-1 July, 28, 1999): Two employees of Countryside Construction & Remodeling, Inc., were riding in and working out of the basket of an articulating aerial left up and down from a 10 to 20-foot high roof and were not wearing a body harness or acceptable fall protection.
