NCGS 95-129(01): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that are causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees are exposed to live electrical parts: a) Maintenance shop -- There was no front cover on the circuit breaker panel on the south wall of the shop. b) Condenser shed -- There was no front cover on the Tork timer box. 'Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to correct this hazard is to replace the covers on the circuit breaker panel and timer box."
