which was mounted and secured in place on a wheeled trailer frame and/or standing on the front of the trailer frame between the truck and the trailer/tank while the trailer was being towed down the street by the truck when employees were dispersing and/or spraying tar onto the soil during overseeding of the landscape along the streets. One feasible and acceptable abatement method, among others, to correct this hazard is to develop and/or establish written procedures on proper equipment usage, train employees on applicable and acceptable established procedures, prohibit employees from performing and/or attempting to perform inappropriate and unsafe procedures, and enforce established and/or applicable policies and procedures for equipment usage.ent
