Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to: Casecreek Road, Lot #163. An employee being lifted by a rough-terrain forklift was exposed to fall related hazards. The employee was standing on unsecured wood sheathing that was not approved for such use, and the fall protection was not provided. Among feasible means of abatement would be to comply with American National Standards Institute (ANSI) B.56.1 - 1992, Safety Requirements for Rough-Terrain Forklifts. CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION
