Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to: Building #2/approximately 18 feet above grade. Employees were exposed to fall related hazards while standing/riding plywood being moved and raised to the second floor by a rough-terrain forklift. Fall protection was not utilized. Among the feasible means of abatement would be to comply with the American Society of Mechanical Engineers B56.6 - 2002, Safety Standard for Rough Terrain Forklift Trucks. CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION
