13 NCAC 07F.0102 - NFPA 101 - 191 Life Safety Code: All places of employment were not designed, constructed, maintained, and occupied in accordance with the standards set out in the 1991 edition of the Code for Safety to Life from Fire in Buildings and structures, ANSI/NFPA 101, which is hereby incorporated by reference. Every required exit, exit access, or exit discharge was not continuously maintained free of all obstructions or impediments to full instant use in the case of fire or other emergency. (Ref. NFPA 101-1991 Life Safety Code, 31-1.2.1): a) within the shooting range, an exit was not maintained free from obstruction. Or In the Alternative: 29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit routes must be free and unobstructed. a) within the shooting range, an exit was not maintained free from obstruction.
