Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to the following conditions: Precision Blend Inc., 501 Rayford Road, Spring, TX 77386, The storage of Liquefied Petroleum Gas cylinders inside the shop was inadequate, exposing employees to the hazard of fire or explosion. Among other methods, recognized and feasible means of abatement to correct the hazard include, but are not limited to: Correct storage of Liquefied Petroleum Gas cylinders as required by the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA)/American National Standards Institute (ANSI) 1989 Edition of NFPA 58, Standard for the Storage and Handling of Liquefied Petroleum Gases, Section 5-3.1.1 and/are in the alternative Section 5-3.2.1. *** Certification and Documentation of Abatement Required ***
