Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees exposed to a fall hazard from an elevation: a)100 Dale Ave/Yard: An employee was exposed to a fall hazard while standing on sheetrock elevated by the forks of a Hyster powered industrial truck, on or about 7/8/2006. Abatement Note: One feasible and acceptable method of abatement is the use of a "safety platform" used in accordance with ANSI B56.1 1993, Part II section 4.17 or equivalent.
