Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to a fall hazard: a)215 Franklin Turnpike: An employee was exposed to a fall hazard while being elevated on the forks of a Lull 844C-42 rough terrain forklift, on or about 6/23/2006. Among other feasible abatement method to correct the hazard: 1. Use of a ladder to access the roof.
