Stat. 182.653 subd. 2: The employer did not furnish to each employee, conditions of employment and a place of employment free from recognized hazards which caused or were likely to cause death or serious injury to employees (Ref.STD 3 10.4A CH-1, July 28, 1999): An employee of Quad City Masonry, Inc., was riding on and working off a wood pallet placed across the forks of an articulating aerial lift 24 feet above ground level and was not wearing a body harness or acceptable fall protection.
