Stat. 182.653 subd. 2: The employer did not furnish to each employee, conditions of employment and a place of employment free from recognized hazards which caused or were likely to cause death or serious injury to employees: There were two home-made personnel baskets used to lift employees on one New Holland and one Gehl all-terrain forklifts at heights of 10 to 15 feet above ground level with out adequate fall protection. Located on site at the new AmerciInn Motel in Jackson, MN.
