Stat. 182.653 subd. 2: The employer did not furnish to each employee, conditions of employment and a place of employment free from recognized hazards which caused or were likely to cause death or serious injury to employees (Ref. STD 3-10.4A CH-1, July 28, 1999): An employee of Braun Construction Services, Inc., was riding in and working in a basket attached to a Lull all-terrain forklift 16 feet above ground level and was not wearing a body harness or acceptable fall protection.
