Stat. 182.653 subd. 2: The employer did not furnish to each employee, conditions of employment and a place of employment free from recognized hazards which caused or were likely to cause death or serious injury to employees: An employee of Ram Buildings, Inc. was riding in and working on a platform attached to a Cat all-terrain forklift 24 feet above ground level and was not wearing a body harness or acceptable fall protection. Guardrails were not provided on the platform, and the platform was not secured to the mast of the lift.
