(a) Tool Room, South Wall - The Kalamazoo horizontal band saw, used to cut
metal, was not
equipped with a magnetic restart or similar device as prescribe by the
American National
Standard Institute for Metal Sawing Machines, ANSI B11.10-2003, Section
6.11, that in the
event an interruption in the electrical power supply, would prevent the
saw from restarting
automatically when the power is restored.  Employees last used the
horizontal band saw on or
about March 10, 2005.
(b) Tool Room, South Wall - The Journeyman vertical band saw, used to cut
metal, was not
equipped with a magnetic restart or similar device as prescribe by the
American National
Standard Institute for Metal Sawing Machines, ANSI B11.10-2003, Section
6.11, that in the

automatically when the power is restored.  Employees last used the
