Stat. 182.653 subd. 2: The employer did not furnish to each employee, conditions of employment and a place of employment free from recognized hazards which caused or were likely to cause death or serious injury to employees: An employee was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 25 feet while working from a rough terrain forklift work platform without a personal fall arrest system. Additionally, the work platform was not secured to the mast/forks of the forklift.s
