while operating the
Komatsu forklift.  The employee was loading products onto a box truck.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to
correct this hazard is to follow the
operator manual under Use of Seatbelt:  Always wear seatbelts while
operating the machine to reduce the risk
of personal injury.
