1/14/2006 and at times prior thereto, dock employees were potentially
exposed to
trailers being pulled prematurely from the dock while being loaded by a
forklift. This
hazard exposes employees to falling or crushing injuries.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to
correct this hazard
is to install a dock-lock devices prior to loading or unloading a trailer
at the dock.
