burned.  A feasible and useful means of abatement, among others, is to
insulate the steam
pipes.
B.  Employer knew or should have known that employees working near
non-insulated hot
water pipes in Archives were exposed to the hazard of being burned.  A
feasible and useful
means of abatement, among others, is to insulate the hot water pipes.
C.  Employer knew or should have known that employees working near
non-insulated steam
pipes near #1 and #2 pump in Archives were exposed to the hazard of being
burned.  A
feasible and useful means of abatement, among others, is to insulate the
steam pipes.
D.  Employer knew or should have known that employees working near
non-insulated steam
pipes on Boiler #1 and #2 in Archives were exposed to the hazard of being
burned.  A
