fork truck in the event
of a rollover.
a) Throughout the plant and the yard; The seat belt was missing from the
Champ
3560005 diesel powered industrial fork truck being used to unload iron
from trucks and
to transport metal throughout plant. Operators were exposed to the hazard
of being
injured by a potential roll-over.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable method to correct this
hazard would
be to replace missing seat belts and to require that the operator of the
powered
lift tractor
truck utilize the seat belt.
