area of the facility, thereby exposing employees to a fall hazard of 15 to
20 feet.

Ensure that the provisions of ASME B56.1-2004 (or ASME B56.1-2000), Safety
Standard for Low
Lift and High Lift Trucks, Section 4.17 Elevating Personnel, are complied
with for the protection of
personnel lifted on forklifts.
