In that employees work under the following automobile lift rack which has
a non-functional
safety catch:
- Western Hoist car lift rack, model Y2K10A, serial number FR12031
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to
correct this hazard
would be to repair the safety catch on this lift before employees are
allowed to work under it.er
