T.C.A. 50-3-105(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to: In that employees were allowed to operate motorized utility vehicles without receiving the necessary and required operator training. The operator manuals for the vehicles state that the operators are to be trained on the operation of the vehicle and watch the videotape provided with the vehicle. Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable abatement method to correct this hazard is to provide training to employees before they are permitted to operate the vehicles. ABATEMENT VERIFICATION REQUIREDTION
