is rusted causing
roof leaks throughout the building. The structural integrity of the roof
is questionable
without proper repairs or a structural engineer's corroboration. (Roof is
approximately
21' high and 125,000 square foot in size)
A feasible means of abatement is to replace the roof or provide
certification from a structural
engineer determining the roof is safe from collapsing.
