On or about Septemeber 20, 2006 --- The trusses were not braced in
accordance with
BCSI requirements in that diagonal bracing had not been installed in
several areas.
These areas included but were not limited to the top chord.
ABATEMENT NOTE:
Among other methods, feasible and acceptable means to correct the
condition noted
above include complying with the BCSI pamphlets on truss safety (e.g. BCSI
1-03,
BCSI-B1 through B3).
