that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to

natural gas leaks
because a general purpose air hose was being used to transport natural gas
to a Dayton gas
heater..
A.)Back Sawmill room:  On or about 3/7/07, the Duraflex air hose was used
to
transport natural gas.
ABATEMENT NOTE:
Among other methods, feasible and acceptable methods to correct the
conditions are
to comply with applicable requirements notes in NFPA 54/ANSI Z223.1-1999
National Fuel Gas Code.
National Fuel Gas Code Sections 5.5.1 & 5.5.2 requires gas utilization
equipment to
be connected with listed hose and connectors.  ANSI A10.10 Section 7.3.11
requires
hoses and fittings to be the correct type for the fuel that is utilized by
the heating unit.
