ABATEMENT NOTE:  Among other methods, feasible and acceptable means of
abatement
to correct this hazard include, but are not limited to the following:  1)
Obtain
manufacturer's approval to weld on the vessel, 2)  Ensure the welding is
only performed by
someone who is certified in pressure vessel welding, 3)  Have pressure
vessel inspected by a
certified pressure vessel inspector.
