7/22/08 the
spreader bar was not marked with safety warning data, serial number, name
and
address of the manufacturer and its weight (i.e. the weight of the device
itself).  The
spreader bar was used in conjunction with a 15 ton crane.   (Reference:

ABATEMENT NOTE:
Among other Methods, Feasible and Acceptable means to correct the
