Stat. 182.653 subd. 2: The employer did not furnish to each employee, conditions of employment and a place of employment free from recognized hazards which caused or were likely to cause death or serious injury to employees: The right rear swing arm pivot restraint at lift bay seven in the shop was not functional. The rear contact pads on the lift in the lube bay were not secured to the lift. A program of periodic inspections of hoists had not been implemented.
