Stat. 182.653 subd. 2: The employer did not furnish to each employee, conditions of employment and a place of employment free from recognized hazards which caused or were likely to cause death or serious injury to employees: An employee was observed working from the elevated work platform attached to the rough terrain forklift with no personal fall arrest system. Safety harness was worn and lanyard was available for the employee. The employee was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 27 feet.ximately
