350L Excavator allowed the boom to come within 10 feet of the overhead
power lines.
(b)  Approximately 100 feet from the Caterpillar 350L Excavator:  The
operator of the
Caterpillar 950G Wheel Loader allowed the equipment to come within 10 feet
of the
overhead power lines.
