employees were exposed to pinch point hazards while installing bridge
brackets from the bucket
of the Hyundai Rolex 180 LC-3 excavator.  One means of abatement is to
follow the safe
operating procedures set forth in Association of Equipment Manufactures
Safety Manual for
Hydraulic excavators, which states never use a bucket for a work platform
or personnel carrier.
