recognized hazards
that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to
employees in that
employees were exposed to crushing hazards from storage racks and/or its
contents.
Specifically:
On or about Aug 14, 2007, and times prior to, at the warehouse located at
2601
Resources St. Plano, TX, employees working near storage racks which were
not
bolted or anchored to the concrete floor, were exposed to the hazard of
being struck
by collapsing racks and/or falling materials.
Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable means of abatement is to
ensure that all
racks are anchored to the floor in accordance with ANSI MH16.1 - 1974
section 1.4.7on
